Stakich.com accepts payments by major credit cards and PayPal. Orders placed on the website are completely secure. Once an online order form is filled and sent off, the order is first confirmed and then securely transmitted. The order is checked for product availability, entered, and the credit card is confirmed. The goal is to have all orders entered no later than 24 hours after receiving them, but often orders are entered within a couple of hours of receiving them. Please note that all retail pricing items are per case quantities. The price that you see during checkout is the shipping price that is given by the shipping carrier. Any additional charges/duties/fees are unbeknownst until the package arrives at the terminal of the destination. As part of the final measure of purchasing an item internationally, there are chances of additional duties/customs fees.

Stakich.com has a Return Policy and a Shipping Policy.

In terms of the Return Policy, if a customer is not satisfied with a purchase, it may be returned for replacement, credit, or refund. However, purchases made from entities other than Stakich.com are not eligible for return credit or exchange. International Orders and Shipping charges are non-refundable. Returns and exchanges must be made within 15 days of receipt. Opened items are not eligible for full return credit. For any damaged item, a photo may be required. Items that are shipped to Stakich without adequate packing to ensure safe return and are subsequently damaged are not eligible for full return credit. Please return via FedEx, UPS, or insured parcel post for tracking purposes. Upon arrival of the returned product, a refund for the cost of the product will be issued. Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. 'Wholesale' items may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Royal Jelly must be returned within 7 days from the time of product receipt.

As for the Shipping Policy, for all orders shipping to one of the contiguous 48 United States, free standard shipping is offered for orders over $49, and a discounted, flat-rate shipping of $7.99 for all other orders. Royal Jelly products ship for free in the United States using 2 day shipping. Orders are processed and shipped Monday - Friday, 9 AM EST to 2 PM EST. Orders placed after 2 PM on Friday will not be processed until the following Monday. All orders will ship within 24 business hours of receipt. If the package is tracked as delivered and for any reason it was not received, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
